NexFoam® Topical Hemostat Sponge is indicated as an intranasal splint intended to minimize bleeding and edema and to prevent adhesions between the septum and the nasal cavity. NexFoam® is placed in the nasal cavity after surgery or trauma. NexFoam® is constructed of a patient-comfortable sponge, which is manufactured from 100% plant-based polysaccharides.

  • Can be trimmed or shaped for a variety of applications
  • Easy-to-apply – no mixing or additional prep time necessary
  • No special storage conditions required
